The artist is originally from Hong Kong and made this piece in response to the conflicting views of foreign aid, democracy, and increasingly tactical and passive ways protesters needed to demonstrate their frustration.

The work looks at some human tendencies to be passive aggressive and allowing objects to be the voice for uncomfortableness.
